A Day Designed for Deep Healing
In this intimate group setting, you’ll embark on a 3-hour ketamine journey supported by expert facilitators, followed by a 3-hour integration session to process and ground your experience. Nestled in the heart of Puerto Rico’s lush rainforest, this experience combines the therapeutic power of ketamine with the restorative energy of nature.
WELCOME TO YOUR RETREAT DAY!
You arrive at the rainforest retreat, surrounded by the lush greenery and soothing sounds of nature. The air feels alive, yet there’s a quiet stillness that invites you to pause. You’re nervous—uncertain of what this journey will bring—but you know you’re here for a reason.
As you settle into the session, the facilitators gently guide you through the process, ensuring you feel safe and supported. The ketamine begins to take effect, and you notice a shift. At first, it’s unfamiliar, maybe even a little uncomfortable.
Emotions you’ve pushed aside for years might start to surface. It can be intense, raw, and even scary, but in this space, you’re not alone.
The sensations evolve, shifting like waves. There may be moments of lightness, where things feel clear and expansive—like a window has opened to new possibilities. But there may also be moments that challenge you, where you face parts of yourself you’ve avoided. And yet, as these feelings come and go, you realize something important: you are capable of holding space for them.
Each moment, whether joyful or difficult, offers insight. You might become awarye of a struggle in your life or feel a connection to yourself that you haven’t felt in a long time. Or maybe you simply let yourself be with what is, no pressure to solve or fix anything, just allowing whatever arises to unfold.
As the session concludes, you’re guided back to the present, grounding yourself in the here and now. The group gathers to reflect; not to compare experiences, but to share in the understanding that healing is a journey, and every step is valid.
You leave the rainforest retreat not with all the answers, but with something meaningful: a deeper connection to yourself, a new perspective, and the reassurance that even in the challenging moments, growth is possible.
How will it feel to finally take a break from carrying everything on your own?
What a relief to let go of the constant pressure to have it all together! Imagine being in a space where you don’t have to fix anything immediately — just be supported, heard, and understood while exploring what’s really going on beneath the surface.
How will it feel to face emotions you’ve been avoiding and finally move through them?
It might feel scary at first, but it will also feel freeing. When you allow yourself to confront those emotions in a safe, guided environment, they lose their power over you. You’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more at peace with yourself by the end of the day.
How will it feel to break through the mental fog and finally see things clearly?
It will feel amazing to gain clarity where there was once confusion, and to finally begin to understand your feelings and the patterns holding you back. This retreat is designed to help you open up new perspectives and leave with a sense of direction and purpose.
How transformative will it be to access new emotional insights through Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in a tropical paradise?
Life-changing! Ketamine opens up your mind to new perspectives and allows deep emotional work to happen. When combined with the healing energies of the rainforest, it will guide you to deep understandings that might have felt out of reach before, providing you with new tools for long-lasting healing.

There’s something about nature that calls to me—and I know it calls to many of you, too. I’ve seen firsthand how the stillness of a forest or the rhythmic crashing of waves can help us ground ourselves, feel supported, and open up in ways we didn’t think were possible. This connection with nature, coupled with the therapeutic effects of ketamine in a safe, guided setting, is life-changing. My goal is to help you let go of what no longer serves you, embrace your strengths, and find a meaningful connection with yourself and the world around you.
This isn’t just work for me; it’s personal. I’ve walked my own path through healing and transformation, and I know how powerful—and sometimes challenging—it can be. My retreats are built to hold space for you in a way that feels supportive and empowering. Together, through sacred practices, meaningful reflection, and the nurturing presence of nature, we’ll go inward, find what’s been hiding, and embrace the beauty of who you are at your core. I’m honored to be part of your journey.
FAQs
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses low doses of ketamine to help facilitate deep introspection and emotional exploration. Combined with professional guidance and integration, it can support healing for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
This retreat is for you if you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma and are ready to explore healing through ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in a supportive group setting. It’s perfect for those seeking clarity, emotional release, and deeper spiritual connection, offering insights that traditional therapy might not reach. If you’re ready to engage in a transformative process, even if it feels a bit intimidating, this one-day retreat could be the jumpstart you need. However, it’s not suitable for those preferring one-on-one therapy, experiencing a mental health crisis, or with medical conditions that make ketamine unsafe. Contact us to see if this journey aligns with your needs.
Psychological and medical contraindications for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy include a history of psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder with psychotic features, as ketamine may exacerbate these conditions. Active substance dependence or addiction may also be contraindicated due to the potential for misuse. Medically, individuals with uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart conditions, severe respiratory issues, or a history of seizures may not be suitable candidates, as ketamine can pose risks in these cases. Additionally, pregnancy and certain medications that interact with ketamine could prevent participation. All participants are required to undergo a thorough pre-screening process to ensure safety and suitability for the experience.
Medical Referral and Screening for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Retreat
Your safety and readiness for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) are our top priorities. Participation in our retreat requires a comprehensive screening process and referral to a licensed medical provider for the ketamine prescription.
All participants will be referred to a medication provider who will ask you to complete a detailed medical and mental health questionnaire to evaluate your health history. Certain conditions, such as heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, seizures, or psychotic disorders, may contraindicate ketamine therapy. Participants should disclose current medications, substance use history, and emotional readiness for this intense therapeutic process.
The licensed medical provider will review your history, confirm your eligibility for ketamine therapy, and issue the required prescription. The prescription will be filled by a trusted pharmacy and delivered directly to the retreat location or the participant.
